This new competition, introduced for the first time in 2011, brings together swimmers from three regions, South West, South East and London into a zonal championships.

Start time of finals is an estimate. The promoters reserve the right to start finals earlier than the estimated time if heats are completed more quickly than estimated.

There will be a 15 minute interval between the end of the heats and the first final.
